How to: Open subdocuments from within master documents.
Solution:
Select the Master Document view and double-click on the subdocument icon.
1) Open the master document.
2) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Master Document'.
3) Double-click on the subdocument icon next to the heading of the subdocument.
